So many car dealerships are filled with aggressive pushy people: but not Glens Falls Toyota! I have bought 4 (I think), vehicles--2 new and 2 used. Everyone is friendly and helpful. You feel that they are working together to make this a special experience, not just people out for themselves. I see it as a family. I have recommended and will continue to recommend them to all who will listen.

We appreciated the time Bill Wattie Jr.spent with us to learn what we needed to know about the advantages of owning and driving a Toyota vehicle and in particular a Prius C. He also made a point of explaining how he and the Glens Falls Toyota Dealership will take care of us and our new car. Howard N. Ms Smith was friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. I found her to be quite helpful in explaining a car's features, anticipated questions and oftentimes answered questions just as I was thinking of the problem/uncertainty, and was able to point out the differences in the various models. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy a car or to buy a more expensive vehicle. I am new to the Glens Falls area as I am there for work business a few days a week. I have been to the GF toyota twice now for service on my Scion tC. The service department there has been overly accomodating and friendly, likewise for the cashier's desk associates. It's clear their associates are well trained and experts in their field. I highly reccommend this dealership.

Bill did a great job. We stopped intending to look at the Camry Hybrid and get additional information. After a test drive, we were sold! They gave us a fair price for our trade in. We are very pleased with our purchase!
