I purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Romeo Toyota on May 4th and traveled from Rhode Island to New York to pick up the vehicle. One hour after leaving the dealership, several warning lights appeared on the dash. Despite being assured by the salesman Mike that the car was in perfect working condition and had been thoroughly inspected, it clearly wasn't. Deceptive sales tactics - avoid. I called on Thursday, spoke to Joe, to see if they had a vehicle available for me to lease at the current special pricing and made an appointment for Saturday morning. I made a point of mentioning they're hard to find and wanted to make sure they had one for me for Saturday. Romeo Toyota is Sleazy from Salesmen to Owners Not only do we LOVE our new Highlander XLE, but it takes a LOT to provoke me to leave such a completely rotten review; I only do so after bending over backwards to be nice and give them the chance to earn at least mediocre feedback. In Oct 2023 they promised to send us a 2nd key fob for our new car as soon as the supply chain backup worked itself out. That was no problem at all. Truly the worst purchase experience I've been involved in. On Monday April 1 my wife and I drove 2 hours round-trip because this dealer had what we have been looking for as a college graduation gift. We upgraded her 2008 prius with this 2017. A quick test drive and my only request was the put it thru the shop for a oil change and to touch up some nicks on the hood. Do not buy from here. I purchased a 2018 infiniti q60, they sold me a warranty that was supposed to be an additional 60k miles but was only until the car had 60k, (car had 44k at time of purchase) sold me the warranty for 3k when infiniti gives warranty’s until 70k. Have had nothing but issues with this car, missing oil and coolant and they say theres no leaks but acknowledged both were missing. This whole dealership is built off taking your money but advertise they treat you like family. Stay far, far away

ordered a 2024 crown toyota was sold a 2023 instead & not told of the difference. When called for info as to why mix up no response other than to say "we are looking in to it". Have yet to hear from dealership

I had my 2015 Prius with 153,000 miles towed to Romeo Toyota due to an major engine noise. The service department identified the issue has misfire on cylinder #3, a clogged intake manifold, throttle body and spark plugs. They told me that after doing the work the car would be good as new at a cost of $1450. That all sounded fine to me, so I had the work done. I have purchased a few trucks from Glens Falls Toyota and had a good experience. I have used the service center as well; the people were professional. The biggest difference I have experienced from other dealers is questions and concerns are welcome and encouraged. Updated: Service here has gone downhill.
