It was easy to make a service appointment at my convenience. The final price was exactly the pre-job estimated price. I had use of a loaner car. The work was completed on schedule. The service adviser explained what was done. They took care of the "extras" I specified. The shop maintains convenient hours. Everyone was friendly. Everyone who works there seems to have been there for a long time and they remember their customers names and preferences. The service shop appears unusually clean and well-maintained. I trust them.

Our entire experience at Glens Falls Toyota was outstanding. Between the sales associate to the finance manager, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to provode us with the car we were looking for in our price range in a timely manner. We would recommend this dealership to all of our friends and family. My husband and I just bought our second Prius from Glens Falls Toyota. We bought the first one five years ago. We didn't even check out dealers closer to our home about 50 miles away. All the staff there are very helpful and the service department is excellent. While we were closing the deal, we asked if they could change the key battery on our first Prius and they did that at no charge! My husband & I were looking for a new Toyota. We had a Toyota Corolla 2009 for a trade in. Our Corolla was our first ever Toyota. Absolutely the best test drive and purchase experience I have ever had looking for a vehicle to buy. Employees were knowledgeable, patient and not at all pushy. I look forward to trading in my VW Passat in the future and buying a Toyota Camry from Glens Falls Toyota. It is said that the best advertising is word of mouth and G.F. Toyota has my mouth (is that correct English ? )

My experience at Glens Falls Toyota was the most pleasant car buying experience ever. As a single woman with not so great credit, needing a new car was causing me some stress and working with some dealerships can be intimidating. Not at Glens Falls Toyota! Bill was personal, assuring and a pleasure to do business with and Tim was working for me!! I am so thankful that I made the drive from Saratoga, met Bill and Tim, and have begun what I know will be a long lasting relationship with the Glens Falls Toyota Family.

I've been buying cars for almost half a century from a host of dealers and must say my experience with Glens Falls Toyota has been the most satisfying. I was shown a vehicle and given a fair price for it. My trade in, recieved a reasonable evaluation. I was not steared to a more expensive model, which I was also shown. A defect in the truck I picked out was found and corrected, before leaving the lot. All told I am pleased with using Glens Falls Toyota.
