I am extremely happy with my recent purchase at Preston Honda. I purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot. Walt was very informative and friendly, but never pushy or overwhelming! It was nice to be able to drive the vehicle and explore other options without being presured to purchase. After decided on the Honda Pilot, the process was organized and simple! I would definately recommend Preston Honda! Thank you!!

Brian and Mike were very helpful in showing us vehicles. They were also very good in showing us how everything worked in the CR-V, such as instrument panel gauges, radio, seats, location of spare tire, etc. They were always very friendly, offered us refreshments while reviewing prices and helped tremendously in the financing of our new vehicle. We had a terrific overall experience and would highly recommend Preston Honda to our friends.

I contacted several dealership through email about a new 2011 Honda Pilot Touring. No other dealerships were as straightforward in their bottomline, out-of-the-door quote. They were the least expensive dealership for this vehicle. They made two trades with other dealerships in order to get the color and model I wanted. I purchased via email and never saw car the whole deal was made over the phone and email it is a great way to deal with such a reputable dealer. Walt was great he made my busy limited time very productive. every thing was done as promised and the price was even slightly less then quoted

I appreciate the services and understanding you provided. I will definitely recommend your dealership to others for multiple reasons. The only issue I had was that the interior of the car I purchased seemed to be untouched. My aunt, who worked at a Toyota dealership for 13 years, noticed the same thing. B/w the two of us, we felt that the interior should have been detailed at best...and spot-cleaned at worst. Walt and his team were courteous and actually showed us a used vehicle they had just taken in that day. They worked with us and got us the financing we needed. When we back to look at the car the 2nd time, their team had done a wonderful job of cleaning the van, plus the PA inspection was done.

Everyone was professional and curdious. Hassle free sales and even took the time to show me all available models in my price range. Gave me a fair price on my trade especially for the shape that it was in. Would buy from again. I would also recommend them to other potential buyers.

Overall, I had a great experience at Preston Honda. The service was excellent, the vehicle was Honda certified and in excellent condition (2007 CR-V). I walked out of the dealership with the vehicle I wanted, and with some piece of mind. I would definitely recommend Preston Honda to anyone shopping for a vehicle.
