It all started when I was searching the Internet for a new Honda. I came across Preston Honda web site .I was very lucky when I called and Martisse Macri answered the phone. She was very friendly and helpful; Martisse sold me a Honda Fit. My opinion of Preston Honda was very positive mainly because of Martisse and Bradley also the young man that prepped my car was also friendly and very good at his job. We were originally working with Rick McCool at the Toyota store. The problem is that we liked a car at the Honda store. He connected us with Paul and Jimmy and then turned us over to them. Our experience with them was great. They answered all of our questions and went above in beyond to help us. We also got a great rate from the bank. Overall it was the best car buying experience at a dealership that we have ever had.
Trent Tanner is an exceptional salesperson. I trully appreciate his efforts and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car. The transaction was seamless and accurate. Preston Honda even went out of there way to pick up my trade in that was over 3 hours away. Thank you Preston Honda, job well done.

I interacted with the parts department at Preston over the course of several weeks to replace a $25 hubcap for an Accord. They worked efficiently and quickly, and they were super friendly. If this is how well they take care of business to sell hubcaps, imagine how well they sell cars.
First contact with James, was when I asked for some price quotes from Preston's webpage. I was very surprised when I visited the dealership, that he already had something in mind that would be in my price range, etc. I ended up getting that car. James was courteous, helpful, but not 'pushy'. With the 'perks' that they offer, like car washes, I will bring the car there for service visits, etc.
I love they way it was all hassle free! They were very nice and very quick! They worked with me on price and and got me the payment that i was looking for! They also helped me get a warranty that stayed in my payment budget. I hope to do business again with that dealer ship!!
I was looking for a new minivan for our new family- and mostly our newly adopted toddler brothers from Russia. I went researching online and we decided on the Honda Odyssey and trim.
