We were so pleased by the professional, courteous treatment that we received. We were not pressured to make a quick decision, and all of our questions and concerns were thoroughly explained and handled. It was a pleasant and relaxed experience to purchase our vehicle. In past years we did not have such a pleasant experience
Martisse was a dream to work with. In addition to working with us for months on getting new vehicles (we actually started this process back in January), she came in for several hours on her day off to complete everything. With service like that, why would you go anywhere else?
Tom was such a gentleman. He took his time in reviewing everything with me and showing me all about the car. He wanted to make me a happy customer more than closing the deal. He even followed up with me later. I would definately refer someone else and will return for my next car.
Our purchase first started with an internet search locating Honda CRV inventory with the model and color we were looking for, we also looked at dealership size in terms of number of CRVs in stock as well as comments from this review system - everything pointed to Preston Honda. I called and spoke with Miss Marci on a Wednesday in the morning and picked up the car the next day at 1pm, paper work was completed in a timely manner, vehicle cost was competitive. My wife and me came in at 8:00 on a Monday not expecting My wife and me came in at 8:00 on a Monday not expecting to buy a vehicle. Trent couldnt do enough for us. After test driving a FIT, we went in to talk price. He was very honest and up front with us. Not knowing that the 0.9 % financing ended in 20 business minutes we decided to but the vehicle. We worked with James Preston. I had spoken to him on the phone a few times before we were ready to go in to the dealership. He was all ready with a car for us to test drive when we arrived. He was very friendly and easy to work with. We never felt pressured! Great to work with!

Everyone was very friendly. Dealt with me over the phome and had the deal ready to go when I got there. Big time saver for me! Had pricing and deal all set over the phone! I would definitely recommend this dealer even though I live in Ohio and they are located in PA.

Martisse was great to work with, my overall experience with the dealership was very good. All my questions were answered with the upmost satifaction, the quality service I recieved was one of the best I have experienced. There was no pressured sales pitch, she listen to our concerns and worked out purchace to our satisfaction.
