Everyone was super helpful with questions that I had and did not make me feel as if they were rushing me at anytime, I felt that they were glad to help and also glad to have the business. Fanatastic sales and service all around. Walt Kustra made the whole transaction very easy. The pricing was fair, the product was as described on the internet, and we were treated very well from start to finish. Walt Kustra and the staff at Preston Honda were fantastic! We have ZERO complaints of our experience with them. Walt responded immediately to our online inquiry and was availabe to answer any and all questions at all times. He was able to find our 2011 Honda Civic EX-L in the color we wanted within a couple and have it at Preston Honda the very next day. We were looking for a fairly specific used vehicle and found one very close to what we wanted via the internet. I spoke with Walt and arranged to look at the car. When we arrived at the dealership, (as another reviewer has noted) the car was cleaned and sitting out front ready for the test drive. My wife and I were given plenty of time to look over the car before even talking to anyone. Walt was very knowlegeable and answered all our questions. Mike has always been a very professional, courteous salesman. He is a true gentleman and was very detail oriented when going over the details of the Honda Crosstour. I would highly recommend Mike as a salesman. He sold my Mother her 2010 Honda Accord and she was very pleased with him as well. Like their cars, Honda has a quality salesman in Mike.

In almost 25 years of marriage, this is our first new vehicle we have purchased as a couple. I looked online: Preston and a dealership in Grove City (PA) responded. We stopped at a another local Honda dealer but the sales associate merely stated, "Just let me know what Preston offers and we will match it. We drove away in a 2011 CRV with the down payment and monthly payment we had planned!

Martissa and Walt gave me a very good deal and did not hassle me into buying a vehicle. I felt they went out of their way to satisfy me. They even made my picking up the car very easy as I wanted it a certain day. They both met me when I came in and had everything ready.
