This dealer sucks and they make every attempt to sell more garbage to you than just seeking to sell the car.
We drove 3. 5 hours round-trip to purchase a Nissan Armada. We told the salesperson that we would be using the vehicle for towing and taking youth and families in-country. He assured us that the vehicle was in great shape and would be safe. Turns out the vehicle's tow bar was rusted through the top and when we attempted to open the tailgate window the window fell off. Chad the salesman was great and I would probably buy a car from him if he worked anywhere but Preston Honda. The Sales Manager and the Finance Manager...not so much... they are the reason I didn’t buy there and I wouldn’t recommend them. They inconvenienced me and, instead of trying to make it right, made matters worse by trying to bs me...don’t do that to people. I wish Chad a lot of success...the others, well... not so much
poor service had a unreal experience at preston honda, bought a 2018 crv, got the free oil changes and inspections that they offer with a new car. took it in over the weekend for the inspection and it failed. my wife called me to give me the news so i asked for the service man than paul the our salesman. now the vehicle has24k miles on it but there is no way the tires should be bad already, especially the back tires. i asked how they could be bad with no answer. well once the car made it home i looked at the tires and they l... read more
Great car, not so great service I love the car I bought- a 2016 Civic LX, and it's fantastic. The service at the dealership turned into quite an issue though. The vehicle itself was a "loaner" car, ie it was loaned out to customers of the dealership while their own vehicle was being worked on. I scheduled my appointment on Thursday to test drive the car on Saturday, and was coming in from over an hour away. Honda CRV received a letter saying they needed my trade because they had a family going on vacation and needed the trade by Monday 7/31. I called and the salesman said they would give me 12,5 to 13,5 for my 2014 Honda CRV. This is the best part, they have 5 2014 CRVs on the lot for sale. And the price they are asking is 18,500 or more. Do you think they really needed my trade? OR, Is this just another typical car dealer. I bought one car here. Anna, I'm sorry you feel this way, but I truly could use your car. Did we ever have an opportunity to see it? If not I'm sure you could understand that an estimate over the phone is just that a conservative estimate. If it good shape I'm sure it'd be worth more. No longer have vehicles to borrow I have always taken my Honda to Preston. Great service great people and they even gave a loaner vehicle. Well that has changed! They no longer give out loaned vehicles to people to use for the day. They only do over night loaners. Well for a working mother this makes it impossible to drop my car off. When I questioned this new policy because I had never run into this issue before they were very rude and short with me. did not understand warranty info made us pay $30 dollars to fix a flat tire when we had warranty protection on new vehicle. Could had Jeep warranty protection from Preston Jeep transferred.

Not what I hoped for Purchasing a new vehicle here was a very easy experience. However, when I went for a simple oil change, things were not as pleasurable. They came up with multiple other things to do to my less than year old Odyssey. I agreed to allow one wiper blade to be changed. 2 days later, a crack developed across half of my windshield while sitting in a hot parking lot.
