I was treated as a valued customer on the phone and it only got better when I arrived. I could not afford a new car and my credit is not the best. I can not honestly respond to the question concerning price. I came in for a warranry recall on my 2009 Camry, met Steve & the process went went from there. I shopped nowhere else because I was not looking to buy anything.
Trent Tanner, salesman, was personable, helpful, very informative/knowledgeable and made our visit to Preston Honda a very positive experience. We have been telling all of our friends about this, and of course, there is the new Honda 2012 CR-V, which is a terrific vehicle. Preston Honda is very fortunate to have such a fine, young gentleman as Trent on staff.
