We stopped in to see about getting back into the Honda family. Mark took excellent care of us locating the exact vehicle we requested in less than 24 hours. My experience with James Preston was not stressful at all. I hate shopping for cars and I needed a used one. I wasn't sure on what kind to get because I have always had Chevy's my whole life. I told him where I wanted to be budget wise and how much money down I was willing to put and I then came into the dealership. This dealership and its representative James Preston has done an outstanding job on my behalf. Best of all not overpowering as many dealerships that I have experienced in the past. I would highly recommend Preston Honda to anyone and happily recommend Kurt Abraham for a salesman. Kurt is very friendly, knowledgeable, and did not try to pressure me in any way. He established a rapport with my brother and myself and when we took a test drive he answered every question without any hesitation. He knows his car. We've been buying cars from Mark for years. He is more than just our Honda salesman. He is a courteous professional that we can always count on to assist us with our vehicles, long after the sale is over. He has assisted us whenever we have needed any type of service of maintenance on our vehicles, even though this is not part of his job. My experience with Preston Honda was very positive. I identified a used car online I was interested in and called the dealership. I spoke with James Preston a number of times, and expressed my financial concerns and personal interests. He was very helfpul, honest and informative.
