The advisor was helpful getting things sent up to get job done The amount of money spent and job I brought to this dealership I should not have had to pay more by paying for a rental vehicle from this dealership While Tech working on my vehicle broke a vital part. I didn’t think I should have had to pay for the new part that had to be replaced.
It is absolutely pathetic that one dealer can not repair a new vehicle purchased from another when the issue was identified during the pre-delivery inspection. Chrysler, Dodge, Ram should be ashamed of this practice. simply inexcusable and the only reason for the low review, NOT BECAUSE OF PRESTON’S, but a Chrysler,Dodge,Ram corporate policy issue!!

Customer Service was absolutely horrible! ! Dropped off my car on Wednesday for Thursday service. They were to fix the car in one day. I called right before 4 to check on status. Was not going to be done until the next Tuesday and they claimed no loaner car. They said they could complete by 1 the next day. I waited and called close to 1 to check status. Did not check psi on tires after asking three times to do that. Was told they would not rotate tires because tread was good. 44.95 labor to replace air filter. Five minutes of work. Your reputation stays in tack. Service coupon was for oil change and tire rotation. Wasn’t honored.
The two service advisors were terrific! Rick is one of the most friendly and best salesperson! Came across the owner of the dealership, he completely ignored me. No smile, not even a “hi.” I had to say good morning to the female greeter at the front desk. No greeting. Except for the two service advisors and one salesperson, this dealership has lost the meaning of customer service.
Surprised at the cost of battery and not being covered by extended warranty with Fidelity.
They did a good job on the recall fix but the check engine light was still on I asked them about it told me it had nothing to do with the recall took it to AutoZone had it scanned and sure enough the light was on because of the recall for the catalytic converter so I had it reset now it's off I just don't understand why lie about it because I'm sure they didn't check it at all but other than that I'm happy
