My experience at Preston Motors? INCREDIBLY OUTSTANDING! Mason our internet salesman was superb. he knows his stuff. Brian's courteousy call to confirm my appt, it's nice to hear a friendly voice. I had no credit going in to see if I could EVEN get a used vehicle. What I went in looking for (Price wise) didn't matter after all. The vehicle was not what I left with. Mason was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. He returned my phone calls promptly and answered all of my questions. I was introduced to Steve, the manager of the dealership, he was very friendly and worked with Mason to give me the best deal that fit my price range. Everyone that I interacted with at this dealership was friendly and courteous at all times. Got a great deal on the car with all the options that I wanted.
What can I say? It was the greatest car buying experience of my life. The hospitality I received while waiting for my car was tremendous. Bobby Preston spent over an hour with me and gave me a personal tour of their grand dealership. Bobby is a very humble gentleman with a warm demeanor. Everyone at Preston was great. They were very patient and never seemed pushy. They explained the car in full detail and let us test drive a few to make sure we were satisfied with our choice. They were easy to work with and we would recommend them
Everyone at the dealership was extremely kind and made an effort to not only help with purchasing my car but made sure I understood all the processes that had to be done. There were a few too many calls when I had just emailed about the car (before visiting and deciding to purchase), but that seems to be common in the car sales department.
Mason was attentive and listened well to my needs. I do not consider myself an easy person to deal with as I research EVERYTHING and like to get a good deal. Mason was patient and followed through with his promises. He never pressured me to "buy today" and cut me a lot of slack through my inability to decide on which truck I wanted. We were very pleased with our whole experience. Jason was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable about what we wanted and how to make it happen. Brian & Steve are very friendly, went out of thier way to get us the car that we were looking for. Had to be a 6 cyl. and in gray with the equipment that my wife wanted. They researched Toyto inventory and found us the car. No high pressure sale. Tammy from finance was also very friendly. I went into the dealership looking for an inexpensive used car. Mason found me a much newer and much nicer car than I ever expected to be able to buy! I had no trouble getting financed and they were able to keep my payment in a range I could afford. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
