We were very pleased with our whole experience. Jason was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable about what we wanted and how to make it happen. Brian & Steve are very friendly, went out of thier way to get us the car that we were looking for. Had to be a 6 cyl. and in gray with the equipment that my wife wanted. They researched Toyto inventory and found us the car. No high pressure sale. Tammy from finance was also very friendly. I went into the dealership looking for an inexpensive used car. Mason found me a much newer and much nicer car than I ever expected to be able to buy! I had no trouble getting financed and they were able to keep my payment in a range I could afford. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

I had a VERY positive experience w/ this dealer. I had been dealing w/ a few dealerships trying to find the best price and Mason told me that they would beat anyone's price and they did (and they threw in a Garmin FREE ($170.00 value)as part of a Memorial Day promotion!! When my wife and I pulled in to the lot we were not over taken like we have entered a lions den. Other car dealerships, made us feel like we were meat, and they were hungry. The best thing was just how kind everyone was!! Jason walked us aroud and showed us different vechiles that they had on the lot. The one we were going for sold that day, before we got there. We went into the dealership with a very broad idea of what we were looking for. The sales team was very helpful, and had us in a new used vehicle by the end of the day. The sales team worked very hard to get us what we needed and were very attentive throughout the process. They were also very helpful in entertaining our two year old, which I don't think was in their job description. We will definitely return to the dealership the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

My overall experience with this dealership was extremely positive. I purchased a new RAV4. Every person that we had contact with from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left after making the purchase was friendly, professional and very helpful. I should add that we drove 45 miles to buy a car from this dealership. The positive experience was well worth the trip. We had shopped at 2 more local dealers and did not have a very positive experience at either one.

Wonderful staff, Good Checmistry, Very Friendly, Left knowing we got a good deal... Definately Recommended to others, family as well as friends... Very comfortable environment. Bought a 2006 Hummer H3x, one of a kind Orange, had been looking at 3 other dealers and chose this one with no pressure...

Our experience at Preston Motors was fantastic. We saw the vehicle online and drove from Cleveland,OH twice to see the car. All of the staff at Preston Motors were very accomadating and friendly. Brian called and was very informative on the phone and asked if we would like to come out and look at it. There was no high pressure at all which is very important to myself and my wife.
