The service was fine but they charged for state inspection which were supposed to be free.
Communication between customer and service sucks. Text were not answered we were not kept update on repairs. Have had the car for around 3 weeks and garage had car for over a week and a half.
I will never go back or set a foot in any Reston dealership ever again after getting ripped off from therir service department on my last visit.
I dropped my car off at 6 am for an oil change and it wasn’t ready until 5:45 pm
Tried selling me a part I didn’t need in order to pass inspection. Mechanic said my exhaust manifold was leaking. But when I asked him to show me as I was listening too,he said it’s not doing it now.
This is for Preston Toyota, I leased a 2022 Tacoma from this dealership and was called back in for early return with four months left on my current lease and given a $1500 coupon. When negotiating for a 2024 Tacoma special $329 a month with $3199 down. I was told I would be upside down $1900 and need $4800 down and $450 + a month for a new lease. I would not buy a key chain from this dealer Don’t trust the coupon
I usually get the inspection data that has the tire depth, etc but not this time.
I have leased my last 3 cars there, never had an issue with the service dept . Till September of 2023 and two more issues after that. Their all talk that they’ll make it right but it’s a joke really is
1st experience with service went great, second experience not so great, went in for air conditioning and chaddering noise from lower engine compartment.I have extended warranty from them with 100-dollars deductible and top level warranty, replaced pulleys, tensioners, belt, and water pump, great job. Air conditioning low 1/2 lb Freon , but I have to pay $158 die gnostic, $159 die test first before insurance will pay, then I said put 1/2lb Freon in to see if that’s the problem?
