1st experience with service went great, second experience not so great, went in for air conditioning and chaddering noise from lower engine compartment.I have extended warranty from them with 100-dollars deductible and top level warranty, replaced pulleys, tensioners, belt, and water pump, great job. $90 for labor for each battery installation (that took ten minutes) is an absolute joke. Used to love this place. We won’t be back.
Recall work was not completed. When I made appointment I was told all parts were there. Picked up Jeep to find nothing done because parts had to be ordered. Wasn’t even told when checking out. I read it on my paperwork and went back in to ask questions. I wasted my time finding an alternative way to get to work since Preston had my vehicle to fix, and wasted my time on the appointment since nothing was fixed. Horrible!!!
I had a simple oil change and they stripped the drain plug on the oil pan costing me $800 for a new one. They won't take any responsibility for the damage caused by their poor workmanship. I will never use them again.

I have nothing positive to say. It took me over a month to get my truck into the shop I told them i feel like all they were doing is having me put miles on my truck till they wouldn’t have to cover any costs for my repairs. Then to top it off they were contacting my father which has passed away and leaving him messages and he had nothing to do with my loan
Most unorganized dealership general manager was extremely rude and and pore mannered service manager is never there to talk to the dealership had my jeep for over 3 months never got any information on it even after multiple trips in to try finding information out financial manager was the only one willing to help me threw everything overall I am extremely disappointed and will go out of my way to find a dealership who actually cares about there customers will never buy another vehicle for a Preston owned dealership definitel... read more
The service girls up front are great but when you take your car in for a nine o’clock appointment and they call you at two o’clock and tell you they haven’t started on your vehicle yet and probably won’t be able to get everything done which they didn’t then that’s poor service in my book. I don’t believe it’s the employees fault but the fault of the dealership for not having enough help or for over scheduling for the personnel they have.
