I hear crickets. No response from anyone about losing my center caps after I had my tires rotated....Def not a happy customer, but I guess you don't need our business?!?!?!?
Tires were rotated. Lost 2 ctr caps on passenger side. Called dealership. Left message for manager to call me! No response. Service tech clearly did not put them on correctly! Your dealership should replace them or you will. Ot be on my radar when I trade in this 2019, 2500 ram with under 40000 miles on it! It looks horrible with 2 car caps missing!!!!! Took two day to change 16 spark plugs because they were waiting on parts because they didn’t have the spark plugs on hand even though the service was scheduled more than 14 days earlier. Unacceptable!
I am very disappointed in there service. I bought the car two months ago and it has been in for service more than I have had the vehicle. They promise a rental and I have not gotten one on two occasions had to leave with my car not being serviced. They keep giving me the run around my car is running poorly and needs repaired but they have not fixed the problem. They will not return phone calls as promised.
Awful ; rude. Bought a 2020 Rav 4 TRD Told we could wash it anytime . Go to the car wash today and was told by Bob Peters who “runs the place” that no we could not use the car wash . He was downright rude. After the sale you are NOTHING to them The salesperson is so rude after the sale, Never had such a bad experience at a car dealership
I have been buying card from this dealer for years. Of late their service department has been horrible. I would strongly urge customers to avoid this dealership and service center.

If I could rate this dealership any lower than a 1-Star, I certainly would. Preston Toyota of New Castle does not lead by their statement, "We aim to be more than a dealership. We aim to be a pillar of the community with a positive local impact." The only thing that I can see that this dealership "aims to do" is to take advantage of the elderly and accuse them of fraud. I want to feel confident that your dealership will take ownership of the blatant unprofessionalism and redeem yourself by making this right to their satisfaction. After reading many other reviews on various websites, the outlook is not good.
Good turned bad Was originally pleased with our experience. Ricki worked with us on pricing and getting us the car we wanted. Found out two months down the road they never took care of our leased vehicle that they took over and it is still sitting on their lot. The only reason we were aware of this is when our previous financing dealer called and needed to inspect the car. Huge inconvenience dealing with the two dealerships and figuring out what had to be done when Preston originally told us they would handle everything.

Car still not fixed Well I'm very upset...my car has been serviced more than 13 times at the Newcastle store.. causing major problems now...it seems like I bought a 30.000 dollar Cadillac lemon..now no one will even answer the phone..very passed off Mr.Cooper
