Vehicle went in for recall repair of a sliding door actuator. The exterior sliding door latch operated without issue until the lock actuator failed in the lock position. After the lock actuator was replaced the exterior sliding door handle is loose and will not operate the door. Repairs took two days.

The warranty enhancement provides a remedy if one, or both sliding door locks are noisy, or, not functioning at all. Haven’t been able to solve issue on two attempts. Now have to take back a third time.
Unfortunately, Not all of my service issues were resolved and my messages to the dealership to this effect have not been responded to.
I was disappointed in the service. The truck I bought had only one key. the salesman said there was two keys, all 4 tires was low on air, and the gas tank light was on when I left the lot. There were two door dents on the passenger side that the salesman said that they could have their service people fix.as of today I haven't heard from them
I am extremely disappointed with my service experience at Preston Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. My vehicle was in the shop for over a month for a camshaft repair that required multiple attempts. Parts were missing or improperly reinstalled, a tool was left in the engine bay, and the vehicle stalled shortly after final pickup. service technician gives me a $900+ list of "recommended" items during my state inspection including 1) brake fluid flush$122.30, 2) complete drive-line fluid exchange $441.94, 3)change engine oil $24.95 ( had done 4 months ago which they did low mileage, 4) repair leaking windshield washer hose $145.83 ( which neither the mechanic nor the service tech failed to state that it was a requirement for passing state inspection. Dealership said leaks in tires could not be repaired and tried to sell new tires. I then went to tire dealer for new tires they said my tires were too good to replace and fixed the leaks. I will not return to your dealership. .
