Poor communication, the day after I bought my Jeep something went wrong and they couldn't even return a phone call to tell me that they won't fix it, I should take it to a Jeep dealer. Overpaid because they didn't calculate the price of the taxes and tags correctly, still haven't received a check that they are to send me. Will not EVER return here and I will be sure to tell everyone I see and work with not to waste your time!

please when buying a car from preston "SHOW ME THE CAR FAX" my fault, didn't ask nor was one offered~~~they sold me a wrecked car! I paid over $13000 for a 2009 Toyota corolla for my 16 year old daughter, then one nite I decided to look up the car fax and found out it was wrecked!!! there response was, we don't have to tell you unless there is frame damage...being sideswiped and rolling over on the drivers side is not a reason to tell me..t was great, he always is!!! i'll miss him....took that car to phil fitts ford 6 weeks ... read more

I would NEVER reccomend this dealership to ANYONE! Grant had reassured me that he and his sales manager were both looking for a vehicle to fit into my price range (10K) after he send me a bogus list of cars that was atleast 4K higher than the price I was looking to spend and I think he did it just to get me into the door. I spoke to Mr. Torsello by phone and made a clear, concise plan to buy a 2012 Corolla. I told him what I wanted for my car and what I would pay for the Corolla. Period. He said, "You have gone to the wrong dealership." I can make that deal." I made sure he could make that deal BEFORE traveling to New Castle from Austintown, wasting my time and gas. I looked at a car monday nite and put money down to hold the car. so I counld get a loan for said car.The car was sold and del. by friday. NO call or nothing till I want to pickup car. Next monday.

Considering I was paying cash, I was really disappointed that I did not get a break on the price. I feel you knew my situation, car breaking down that you used that information to your advantage. Also was surprised you only gave me one set of keys. For a $24000 vehicle it should have come with one.
