How they lied to me !!! I purchased a 2016 Jeep Compass Lease.They said they would pay off my Leased trade in they lied .All they wanted was to get the Compass and me out the Door. This dealership or I should I say Dealerships will RIP YOU OFF BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Bad experience Very bad experience they messed up my whole credit deal and then basically said they will not fix it buying a new vehicle is supposed to be a good experience however this was a terrible experience spent multiple weeks arguing with them basically they are Crooks getting away with anything they want, when getting work done to the vehicle they stated I can get a rental for the day and none of that was done very upsetting experience highly recommend another dealership

Stand behind your own product!!! I took my Caravan in for an ABS problem. They did a quick diagnostic and confirmed what I had told them when I called. The accumulator was not holding pressure. They said that they did not have the part and would call me when they found one. They called a few hours later and told me they had found one locally at Columbiana Dodge and I could take my van there. I told them that it was just as far to go there as it was to their place. They will lie to get you in the door. I was called a by salesperson after viewing the Preston website. I had already visited another unrelated dealership and was given a final price. I told the Preston salesperson I was not interested, because I was signing on Friday with the other dealership. The salesperson said tell me your price and let me see if we can do better. Worst Service I Have Ever Experienced of Any Brand Wait times seem to run an hour plus, before they even begin to look at your vehicle, even with an appointmen. Staff is rude and unprofessional. The building service is housed in is very comfortable, sadly the people who work in it don't seem to know how to care for vehicles or customers. I would recommend avoiding this department at all costs.

Not pleased! John Setzer made promises he could not keep; referral funds to my mother who bought a car from Sarge. We initially planned to see Sarge. He also said we could get the vehicle certified for $500 then said we could not because of a tire issue. I only purchased the car because of the carfax.

All day wait for service As a repeat Toyota customer, I have been to all of the Toyota dealerships in and around Pittsburgh. This dealership has by far the worst service I have experienced. My husband and I bought a vehicle 5 months ago with "brand new tires." 9,000 miles later Rohrich Toyota will not even align the vehicle because the tires are so bald. We didn't get what we were told were going to get. though we looked at a vehicle under the assumption of getting a different one. We originally wanted the Highlander limited, after going over numbers, we knew we could not afford it, we were told we would be able to get into the next model down at the numbers we had, not the case, we looked at the Toyota Highlander le plus and were expecting the next model down from the limited which is the xle not the le plus. they sold us the le plus, company does not stand by what they say... read more

Nearly all of the salesman will tell you that adding an Nearly all of the salesman will tell you that adding an after-market part will void your warranty. This statement is illegal under the MAGNUM MOSS WARRANTY ACT They do not attempt to explain it in anyway. I have spent 2 years gathering information and they just will say things like this and only like this "if you add a remote start it will ruin your car and void the warranty" PRESTON TOYOTA NEW CASTLE, PA 16105
