I called before coming to Preston Motors and talked to James Preston. He said he would be willing to do whatever it took to sell me the car I wanted. When I got there he already had the two cars I wanted to test driv out and ready. He gave very good, detailed descriptions of both cars. When I chose the one I wanted he worked with his team to give me a good price. He gave me $7 less than what I was wanting to pay. Our experience at Preston Toyota was wonderful. We went into the situation not knowing what we were doing at all but the staff was very helpful. Our salesman Mason helped us feel confident about our purchase of a used car, and helped us find the exact car we wanted. We drove away with piece of mind knowing that we got the best value for our money. Later; when the car was in an accident we made sure it was taken back to Preston Toyota for repairs. My visit at Preston Motors was different than other car dealerships. I felt very comfortable and relaxed when dealing with James. He was very personable and did not make feel pressured at all during my buying experience. James and his team did whatever was possible to find a deal suitable for my budget. I would return to Preston and also recommend (and have) to my peers. Thanks!

I had excellent service, with compassion, and how James listened to what I wanted in my new vehicle. He was people oriented which is what I like. We did bargain on the price for sometime, but we met a decent price. So with everything, I recommend this salesman for honesty, hard working, and providing excellent customer service. Preston motors and every employee we dealt with was very Preston motors and every employee we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer questions and got answers for us immediately. They did everything possible to make buying a car easy and they also did everything they could to put us in the car we wanted. No one tried to talk us into a different car or a more expensive car. Honestly it was a good experience. I thought that James, Joe and Ed were very professional. I didn't fell pressured at all, the reason I gave price only a good rating is that I think I should have gotten more for my trade-in. In follow up after the sale James has been extremely helpful with the questions that I have posed.

I have been looking at several different dealerships to get a "new" used car and I havn't found the right one. I was recommended to Preston Motors because of their friendly service and fair prices. I found that to be more than true. I enjoyed working with James and Joe because they did not pressure the sale. I was very happy with my experience. I told them exactly what I had to pay and they actually came in under my price. Mason did all he could to get me the best deal for my money. My car had been totaled and I felt they were helping me not pressuring me. Follow up calls were greatly appreciated. They just didn't leave me hanging after the purchase.
