For woman and people who doesn’t know much about cars, please do your research or talk to somebody that knows about vehicles before getting your car serviced here. I have a 2023 Kia Sportage and I needed my spark plugs replaced, for a V4, which is a four cylinder engine, the price is 199. For a V6, the price is 299. The salesman tried to lie and say my car was a V6, then when I asked are you sure he doubled down and say yes. So basically he TRIED to make me pay another 100 bucks. 180$ to put on a 23$ part that should have been replaced when you had it apart the first time? Have never seen such an unethical, crooked dealership. Trust the Yelp 1.7 star rating- go somewhere else. My daughter loves the Kia- can’t stand this dealership

Firstly, the extensive wait times of 45 minutes on hold to speak with a service technician are unacceptable. This has been a frustrating aspect of my overall experience. After speaking with our Service Manager, he did confirm that the video that Silver Rock requested were sent on 2 separate occasions. All requested documents have been sent but Trenton was going to call them again today to confirm that they do not need anything further. Do not take your KIA to Gossett in Memphis for any service. I was lied to telling me that it would take months to get parts and get my engine replaced under warranty. It took me finding a number to Kia to open a case and get my new motor shipped to the dealer in a week and half. No one in the service department returns your calls and when you do get someone on the phone, the person you are trying to reach has always just gone to lunch or away from.their desk. I booked an appointment for a safety recall at Gossett Kia North. The appointment was 2 weeks out. Brought my vehicle in the date of the appointment and made arrangements for someone to meet me so I could leave my vehicle. I was told they had to order the part and I would have to bring it in when they received the part. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed. Terrible place. Took my wife’s vehicle in for service. Took over a month to get a price to replace an alternator. Then they left my windows down and allowed the vehicle to be rained in multiple times after I declined to have them replace alternator. Glove box and center console was dumped in floor. General manager JEFF ALLEN couldn’t care less. Buyer and customers beware.

I would never recommend coming here for anything. They didn’t call me to tell me the part had arrived to repair my car. They didn’t call to schedule an appointment to repair it once the parts were in. I’ve been here over 6 hours waiting on it to get repaired. I was suggested to leave it as it would take a while but since it’s my only car, and you know, I can only drive 1 car at a time, they couldn’t provide me with a loaner while they try to repair my car.

I highly suggest that if your having vehicle issues do not take it to kia gossett. They are rude. They don't care about timing. I call once a month to check on my vehicle but I get cut off when trying to get understanding. It will take a half a year for you to get your vehicle back. Do not I repeat do not sign your vehicle over to them to service.
