RecommendedTerrible place. Took my wife’s vehicle in for service. Took over a month to get a price to replace an alternator. Then they left my windows down and allowed the vehicle to be rained in multiple times after I declined to have them replace alternator. Glove box and center console was dumped in floor. General manager JEFF ALLEN couldn’t care less. Buyer and customers beware.
I would never recommend coming here for anything. They didn’t call me to tell me the part had arrived to repair my car. They didn’t call to schedule an appointment to repair it once the parts were in. I’ve been here over 6 hours waiting on it to get repaired. I was suggested to leave it as it would take a while but since it’s my only car, and you know, I can only drive 1 car at a time, they couldn’t provide me with a loaner while they try to repair my car.
I highly suggest that if your having vehicle issues do not take it to kia gossett. They are rude. They don't care about timing. I call once a month to check on my vehicle but I get cut off when trying to get understanding. It will take a half a year for you to get your vehicle back. Do not I repeat do not sign your vehicle over to them to service.
They hold vehicles for weeks with no communication. Horrible service!
My car has been at the dealership since September 14th, 2021..As of today 2/10/22 the ONLY WAY I find out anything is by texting the service manager.. In January I was told they have no idea when my motor will be in, YES, SIX MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO ANSWERS.. It’s actually comical at this point what a joke this place is !!!!
Gossett kia Mt Moriah I recently had a recall from Kia. When we took the car in the check engine light was on.( I knew it was on nothing else was on )When we got the car home the buttons on the steering wheel did not work and all the lights on the dash was on. So we called them. They said make appointment and they would look at it. We took it back and they said what they did had nothing to do with the problem that it would be $800 to fix it. Took them 4 days to to replace 2 tires. On day 2 I was lied to and told the tires were replaced. I initially took the car in for a diagnosis. But after 0 communication and being lied to, I’ll never take my car here again.
I called Gossett 3 times this morning to talk to someone in service. No one ever answered. I was on hold for a total of 30 minutes!! All I want to know is if KIA accepts Car Shield for out of warranty service. It requires a yes or no answer. PATHETIC customer service!!
SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE! If you have problems with your kia, don't expect to get it fixed any time soon. If you call no one answers or the mailboxes are full. Been without a ride for 2 weeks now and they could care less.
