We had our car towed in for service on a Thursday afternoon for a Friday appointment. They kept the car until Tuesday a week later before it was ready. The battery needed to be charged and a fuse changed was the only problem but it took almost two weeks. My story began with my Kia Soul being broken into twice, because of company negligence. This could have been prevented if they did not cut corners. My insurance is twice as much as it was. i traded my Kia for a used Seltos hoping a newer model with a push button would solve the problem. For woman and people who doesn’t know much about cars, please do your research or talk to somebody that knows about vehicles before getting your car serviced here. I have a 2023 Kia Sportage and I needed my spark plugs replaced, for a V4, which is a four cylinder engine, the price is 199. For a V6, the price is 299. The salesman tried to lie and say my car was a V6, then when I asked are you sure he doubled down and say yes. So basically he TRIED to make me pay another 100 bucks. 180$ to put on a 23$ part that should have been replaced when you had it apart the first time? Have never seen such an unethical, crooked dealership. Trust the Yelp 1.7 star rating- go somewhere else. My daughter loves the Kia- can’t stand this dealership

Do not take your KIA to Gossett in Memphis for any service. I was lied to telling me that it would take months to get parts and get my engine replaced under warranty. It took me finding a number to Kia to open a case and get my new motor shipped to the dealer in a week and half. No one in the service department returns your calls and when you do get someone on the phone, the person you are trying to reach has always just gone to lunch or away from.their desk.
