My car has been at the dealership since September 14th, 2021..As of today 2/10/22 the ONLY WAY I find out anything is by texting the service manager.. In January I was told they have no idea when my motor will be in, YES, SIX MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO ANSWERS.. It’s actually comical at this point what a joke this place is !!!!

Gossett kia Mt Moriah I recently had a recall from Kia. When we took the car in the check engine light was on.( I knew it was on nothing else was on )When we got the car home the buttons on the steering wheel did not work and all the lights on the dash was on. So we called them. They said make appointment and they would look at it. We took it back and they said what they did had nothing to do with the problem that it would be $800 to fix it. Took them 4 days to to replace 2 tires. On day 2 I was lied to and told the tires were replaced. I initially took the car in for a diagnosis. But after 0 communication and being lied to, I’ll never take my car here again.

I called Gossett 3 times this morning to talk to someone in service. No one ever answered. I was on hold for a total of 30 minutes!! All I want to know is if KIA accepts Car Shield for out of warranty service. It requires a yes or no answer. PATHETIC customer service!!

I spoke to Mike our Service Manager and yes we do have a program setup with Car Shield. Kia requires that a diagnosis be performed on the vehicle and then we are required to send the diagnosis to Car Shield. SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE! If you have problems with your kia, don't expect to get it fixed any time soon. If you call no one answers or the mailboxes are full. Been without a ride for 2 weeks now and they could care less.

Service is horrible. Dropped car off for recall. Went back to pick it up. They over looked it. Nothing done to it. Car is a year and half old. Had to have it towed in. They can’t look at it for two weeks. No loaner car. Have been trying to talk to a manger for two days. No call back. Not happy with this dealership at all

Buyer Beware!! Crooks and Liars!!! The sales manager Chuck Micci will say anything to get your deposit from you to buy a car then when you show up at the dealership the deal he said he could absolutely get done all of sudden can't be done and it is out of his hands and the blame lies on his general manager or the wholesalers. The classic bait and switch!! Stay far far away from these guys!!!
I took my car in on Monday 1/27 and left my keys in the drop box and listed the issues on the envelope. This was after speaking to a technician earlier in the day. I received a phone call first thing Tues 1/28 letting me know that my car had a couple of recalls and it would be Wednesday before they could get the parts. I told Taylor that wasn’t a problem.
