After a bad experience with a different kia location, i took the extra drive to kia North to have my car serviced and have been thoroughly impressed. I have always been greeted with a welcoming face and understanding advisors. I have worked with Joe in the past and Drew today and both were super helpful. Great place to get your car serviced..just make sure u have done/ran all your errands for the day..long wait,just wish they had more mechanics.
Came for an oil change after evacuating from Tampa and Drew, the service advisor, offered me a free oil change. I highly recommend this dealership. So welcoming and sincere!
