Well, I have to admit that I am impressed! Mr. Gossett got it done. Because of everything that occurred, he worked with me on my car issue. Mr. Gossett had me set up with a wonderful sales associate, Quincy Odum. Quincy bent over backwards to assist me in finding a new vehicle. This was the best experience I have ever had with service at any dealership ever! I dealt directly with Matt Myrick and he was very nice and accommodating and took great care of me. I wish every dealership treated their customers as well as Matt does.
Bought a 2016 kia soul today. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. My salesman, Mr. Guzman, even drove the new car to my house so I could drop off my wife's car. The whole buying experience only took about an hour and a half. These guys exceeded every expectation I had about a car dealership. Kia has an outstanding warranty and as a father of a beautiful 4 year old daughter, the excellent safety ratings are a big plus. Gosset Kia has earned a lifetime customer.
Love Kia. Always gives good service. Been in " the family" since 1998. Now I love my AMONTI . Very friendly.
