The worse customer service at the service department. Service advisors are rude and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend Covington Pike location nor Mount Moriah. Managers are just as bad as employees.

I had the unfortunate experience of being towed to the Covington Pike location from roadside assistance company. While waiting for the tow, I called the Kia service department to inquire about a new tire. Based on my phone conversation with Brandon W. I should have known my face to face experience would be negative. It certainly was, after explaining my situation and a need to get back on the road to GA to Brandon via the phone; he presented with a rude and disinterested position upon my arrival. Gossett, please make sure replacement parts are readily available for the newest vehicles you're selling. I bought a 2017 Kia Sportage in December and it was in an accident in January. Cordova Collision has had my Sportage since January and says they're still waiting on a replacement part from Kia. We're into the 3rd month of waiting for a part which seems an excessive amount of time. But on a positive note, everyone at Gossett was great during our purchase of the vehicle and I really loved the new Sportage...to the best ... read more

I made a service appointment online and received a confirmation email. When I arrived 5 minutes early there were already 6 or 7 cars waiting for the service department to open the doors. No problem I thought, I have a confirmed appointment for 7 am. WRONG! The service man tells me Saturday is only first come first served and that it would be hours before my turn. If there are no appointments allowed on Saturdays, do not allow someone to make one and receive a confirmation from Kia. I do not like being deceived!

The covington pike in Memphis is the most horrible and insensitive group of people you want to meet. Customer service is your job and duties... need more training in customer service. Just horrible...

As usual Kia service on Covington Pike has shown their incompetence. Went in on 11/11/2016 to get mileage verification for my prepaid credit card because of the EPA fuel rating lawsuit and they have managed to not submit the claim correctly. Lame. Stop hiring and firing people so fast and maybe some training would be helpful. Then you might have a quality service staff. Every time I go in there, the staff is completely new. Please get it together

Love my car, 2017 Sorento, but the experience was terrible! It took forever to get the paperwork rolling. No one seem to know what each other were doing the night I purchased my Kia. Then I had to make an extra trip (from Jonesboro, Ar ) the next night, due to their mistakes with the paperwork. I didn't feel like a valued customer. Joe Campbell, the salesman did a fine job. It was the sales manager, Mark Martin, and Kim who need to improve their customer service. I felt like I was keeping Kim from going home early. I was ... read more

We drove from Jonesboro, Ar. Because the SUV my girlfriend wanted was in stock there. The paperwork took way too long, and we had to drive back over there because they left some papers out that we should have signed the first time.. I will not be returning.... Joe Campbell the salesman was great though...

Kia's salesman and sales manager told my daughter on Saturday that she qualified as a first time buyer for an Optima. Told her the payments and the down payment. Has her to drive the car home to return on Sunday to do paperwork. Sunday she was told they still could t do financing because banks were closed and she would have to come back Monday. Monday they realized that the sales person falsified the documents and said she made x amount of dollars each week instead of monthly. (If so, she would have bought an Audi for Go... read more
