They worked with me to get the best plan I could find in order to get me in a newer vehicle instead of me putting more money to fix my old car up. The staff were good. They were able to fix my old car as well. They went over and beyond.
I bought a 2016 Kia Rio hatchback in 2015, I was super excited that I was able to purchase a brand new car due to my not so favorable credit score. The only vehicles I drive are Kia. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Gossett. The service is great and the staff is friendly. They salesmen aren’t pushy and give you time to look around. The servicing team do all they can to help you get back on the road. I give them a solid 5 star rating! 😊
Very reliable cars and SUV
I would like to take a moment to brag about the Amazing customer service I received from the Gossett Kia Service department today thanks to “Morgan” who was Very Kind and Eager to assist me. She greeted me as soon as I came through the door and went the Extra mile and went straight to my car and took it directly back to have my oil changed and then let me know it was already being serviced and offered me a car wash. I just recently bought a 2022 Kia Sportage EX. I absolutely love it. This is my third Kia now. Mrs. Annette Austin took really good care of me I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me. Our Sales Representative, Annette B Austin, was absolutely amazing. We went into Gossett Kia with a 2 month old and 2 year old. She was so patient and helped us put our car seats into prospective vehicles to make sure they fit.
