Way too many follow-up emails after having my car serviced. The service was great, end of story. Why the 12 emails asking me how it went and reminding me of other services and deals, and the next check-up, and to 'like' the company etc. I'm feeling haunted.
I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for a (inspection fee $275 ) I understand this if you decide not to do the work at this service shop , but this fee $275 wouldn't go towards the work if you chose to do he work with them , Representative was helpful that's the reason of the 2 stars
I was there as my crv doesnot start n I took there and they charge me 275 for diagnose fee n found starter not engaging the end up billing me 1500 for starter change
I had an appointment set to come drive and buy the car. I was called the night before and told it wouldn't be ready for 3 more days. The next day I noticed the car was off of CARFAX. I called the dealership and was told it was sold the night before. The salesperson I was dealing with was very dishonest. Almost made me step away from Hondas entirely found one at another company and purchased!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EL CERRITO HONDA!!!

Everything is good except the waiting period. Even though I had an appointment, it took me almost two hours just for the oil change.
Had to wait in the dealership 4 hours just to do oil change and rotate the tires
They made me wait more then 3-hours for oil change. My care was clean when l turned it in, but I received it dirty when they returned to me. It was full with oil mask all over. .
Too much expensive. I need to make three time appointments to fix one problem.
Waiting all day till 5 pm because t here were 10 cars ahead of me I appreciate if you would let me know that before I come in so I can reschedule thank you otherwise always courteous
