Very good service as in the past
I went there for oil change the first time since my car is brand new. Car got scratch marks near the engine bay. Of course they didn't admit and not do anything about it. I told the advisor to check for the tire pressure when I dropped off my car. When I picked it up, i confirmed with the advisor again. After I drove off and went on the freeway for 10 minutes, the TPMS sensor light went on. I was disappointed of their service.
car was a mess. carfax NOT accurate. damaged, warn, would not trust carfax again

Seems like they always want to gouge more than realistically service. Spent 20 for a service they would charge 160 for. Got quotes for 690-900 for quality services that they were charging 1100-1400 for.
Sold us a car with major issues with power steering within 2 weeks after purchase. Then recommended and performed unnecessary repairs trying to find out the issue. Ultimately spent $5000 in repairs on a less than $15K vehicle. Be careful of this place.
too exp for oil change, and this one to honda, they told servicing is until 25k, but on acc, it was 24k, and i had to pay 2 mil dollar

Came to the dealership to get my brake check had an appointment at 9:00 a.m and the dealership didn't service my car until 1:00 p.m had to been waiting for couple hours just get brake check out overall honda need to do better
Expensive. Expensive. Expensive. Expensive.
I had an incredibly BAD experience, w/a certain service tech. The 1st day I brought in my car for a malfunctioning gas gauge - he dismissed the prob & said that your service dept "could not duplicate the prob." When FREDDY took over - I got info, updates on the ETA of the part, etc. Turns out I paid ~ $1500 for a FUEL PUMP THAT I DID NOT NEED - since I had to BRING THE CAR BACK, the next week - SAME prob. To Freddy: "isn't this just a dashboard prob?" Turns out I'll be paying $1500 MORE now
