The service was good and the service writer was good. Im not happy with the dealership, what's the point of making apointment and then having to leave your car over night, wasting more gas in my other vehicle and time going back to get it. A oil change and tire rotation shouldn't take more then a 11/2 Hr. tops, I should have been able to wait for the car. I'm thinking of going eles where.
Fue muy mala mi experiencia me cobraron por un servicio completo y ala hora de revisar el trabajo no me avían rotado las llantas fue algo penoso para mí bajar mis hijas bajo un inmenso frío del vehículo para que me terminaran el trabajo ya que fui personalmente al mostrador donde estaba la persona que estuvo a cargo del mantenimiento para hacer el reclamo si me iban a regresar el dinero por no haber me echo la rotación
Just for an Oil Change the wait time is 2 to 4 hours it's ridiculous. Even if an Appointment its like it don't matter you still in line waiting those hours.
The service was great but my appointment was for 1:00 and I got there at 11:00 (just in case I could get in) and I didn't get out of there until 5:15. It was a looong wait!
Everything was completed and the everyone was very courteous. However, I had made an appointment and for some reason service was way overbooked prior to the Thanksgiving holiday and it took 6 hours for a basic check and oil change. Why was I allowed to make an appointment if they were so overbooked already?
When we went in for service because our dash light said we needed Oil Change, Rotation & Air/Cabin Filter, however the service rep said it also needed a transmission oil change and differential fluid. Our Honda has 30k miles and had the differential done at 15k then suppose to be every 30k after, and transmission light won't go on till much later. He argued both and refused to do the air/cabin filter unless we got transmission oil done. They changed hands & now pushing service far before needed
Nice people, but it shouldn't take over six hours for a routine service appointment. Service department has scheduling problem.
The wait time is to darn long.
Arrived at 1035a for a 1045a oil change appointment. Vehicle was ready by 430p. Almost the while day spent. Took too long.
