Customer service was horrible the front desk staff was very rude I will not be taking my car back there poor customer service I will not be returning
During this service we had a dangerous error made. They left a loose bolt on our front end that we found during a road trip to Southern California, causing our Pilot to pull without any warning. We went to another service company who found the problem and tightened everything up. We are still waiting for a reimbursement check for the service needed in Southern California to get home safe, and no response from the service manager.
Just for oil change need appointment If dont have one you have lived the vehicle full day and the last crevices the person ho help very angry and presurosos and dont very help the other thing is very espansive labor cost I bring my car there because I buy the car on that place and I want record of the crevices on the séame place but the experience is no good
I brought in my Civic for a minor service, which should have taken no more than a 2-3 hours. Because Honda of El Cerrito no longer offers its customers rides to and from their homes, I waited at the dealership. I was very unhappy that the servicing took almost 7 hours. And after it supposedly was done, I discovered that the mechanics who replaced my battery failed to keep the settings for my alarm and radio, which had to be re-set, causing a further delay.
When I sched the repair, I was told that they have a shuttle within 2 mile radius. But when my wife dropped off the car, she was told that they havent been shuttling since pre-pandemic. We were told half day fix for 2 recalls but got a call in the middle of the day that they have to keep overnight because they just ordered a part for 3rd recall that will arrive the next day. My car had to be towed to your dealership because the pulley was broken. Your mechanic replaced the pulley for $842 but forgot to tighten two screws for the power steering. Less than two weeks later, my steering wheel was stiff & car was unsafe to drive. I had to get it towed again and my mechanic charged me $77 to tighten the two loose bolts. This was a dangerous oversight on your part and I think you should pay for your mistake. I called and left a complaint but never got a call back from Mel.

The service was bad. My car was there for nearly 4 hours! For oil change, new air filters, tire rotation. The excuse was that the workers were coming in late because it was just after a 3 day holiday!
