Everything is good except the waiting period. Even though I had an appointment, it took me almost two hours just for the oil change.
Had to wait in the dealership 4 hours just to do oil change and rotate the tires
They made me wait more then 3-hours for oil change. My care was clean when l turned it in, but I received it dirty when they returned to me. It was full with oil mask all over. .
Too much expensive. I need to make three time appointments to fix one problem.
Waiting all day till 5 pm because t here were 10 cars ahead of me I appreciate if you would let me know that before I come in so I can reschedule thank you otherwise always courteous
I was told by the dealer who sold me the car that I had 100,000 mine warranty. I didn't find out to the very end after paying that the warranty was up at 60,000 miles and that's how many miles I had on my car I had questions and could not find him for answers. It was not a good experience.

Too expensive for car maintenance and have parts replaced. Time to find a new car service provider.
Free car wash was promise, but not happened. For engine, break and transmission oil changed it will take you 5:30 mins for completion. It's long wait.
