The technician did not do visual inspection around the car only looked on computer and checked good or bad. My windshield wiper was bad and he said it was good and I showed the advisor how bad my windshield wiper. They called me said my air filter and carbine filter were bad. I told them I just replaced by myself was last time you guys recommended it. Got me in very quickly, diagnosed and repaired issue in a timely manner. The price was very high, both parts mark up and hourly rate need improvement.

I came in for an oil change and then there were problems with the car. My bill was over $2500 in cost. Everything is so expensive when I am on a fixed income.

I went in for my 9:30 appointment for an oil change. They said it would be busy and not recommend I wait for it. They said it would ready by noon. I left and came back around 12:30 only to find out they gave me a new window of 2:15-2:45. My car was ready @ 4:30. I basically waited in the waiting room for most of the time.

I told them my brakes were scrubbing, they informed me, they didn't hear any scrubbing and suggested no service. And my brakes are still scrubbing.

My appointment was 9:30 am I arrived 9:25 but was not met by an advisor until 9:55. The service was oil change and brake fluid service. The finish time was 2:30 Pm. It was later changed to 5 pm. The I was told it would be finished the next day. The next day nobody called. I had to call around noon to check on the status and was told the car was ready. I had been going to this dealer for service for over 30 years. The service has been going downhill but I have never been so disappointed.
