The sales associate was very rude and sarcastic I'll never go back there there again,and it took 2 hours for oil change with a prior appointment!

Pleasant service advisor. Was told car might be completed early (30 minutes) then found they worked on the wrong car (looked like mine) so mine took longer. When finally completed found the tire warning light came on when driving home. Had to reset it myself. Basic service was fine details were muddled
I left requests to check several issues on my car, and no check was done. They replaced my air conditioning vent, and now when I turn it on, it makes a very loud noise. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience, especially since they kept my car for an additional day.

I went to get my recalls fixed. 1st time I went they fixed 1 of 3 recalls (fuel pump) which they told me they can fix all 3 at once (not true as they had defective supplies and no extras). 2nd trip they fixed 3 of 3 (technically only 2 items were fixed) because the fuel pump was not working after the first trip so when I went to get it fixed again on the 2nd trip it still does not work. Manager was a Rip Off! Would not recommend anyone to that Dealership period!

Did a thorough job in the multipoint inspection. However, when we arrived they realized they forgot to change the fluid in one of the inspection points and I had to wait another 1.5 hoiurs until they completed this. That was frustrating and I think they should have offered to compor at least discount this last part.

The intake person was excellent. There was quite an aroma of unleaded gasoline left in the car, suggesting that the mechanic who actually worked directly on the fuel pump maybe did not sufficiently clean his hands.
