As usual, all reps and technicians were courteous. Freddie is always reliable in terms of giving a rundown on any issues with my Fit. He made sure I was comfortable and sent a shuttle driver to pick me up when work was completed.
The staff is always so nice. LOVE the waiting room and the coffee machine. Makes waiting for service easy. Also, you gave me a ride back and forth from my house to get my phone! Thank you!!!
