Horrible service. My service person was Lizmarie O. Horrible service. My service person was Lizmarie O. Waited 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation even though I booked an online appointment. They never checked on with me before she went to lunch so had to wait for her to come back to find out what was up. Advised her at check in I had coupon, she never applied and never even apologized for the long wait. This is supposed to be an Express care location. No way will I ever go back…
We recently had our oil change. We asked if they can vacuum the car inside and they said yes but when we picked up the car, the vacuum was not done. Also, some one took our phone battery charger which was unique shape and double jack format. We’re very upset and unhappy.
The vehicle i purchased is infested with roaches and they refuse to fix the problem. The vehicle i purchased also had a failing clutch system as well when i took it to go get looked at
I had to spend too much time and energy fixing their errors. At point of sale mats were paid for. It took over 7 calls by me and my husband to resolve it. They were initially incorrectly ordered when I went to pick them up. I was then told they would be shipped to my home since I lived far. I waited and they never showed up. Multiple calls and texts with an always different story for nearly 2 months. Today day 59 I finally received an e title after calling as well.
Well if they don’t respond to me by next week I will Well if they don’t respond to me by next week I will have a lawyer representing me they had $29,000 on the sticker on the window but yet they put $23,000 sticker in my glove compartment they charge me $6000 too much plus tax and navigate an $825 for the transporting of the vehicle no one picks up the phone at the car dealers it’s a disgrace I’ve been trying to reach out to them to get back to me but apparently to no avail the list is endless this is unprofessional
They are either understaffed or over schedule repairs. There’s a long wait just to see a service agent and a long wait who even minor repairs.
I waited 3 hours for oil change and minor repair. Still waiting for them to contact me about a module that had to be ordered. Where is it coming from China.?????
on my visit after completing 23000 miles, i was informed that i was way past due my schedule service of 15000 miles which was inaccurate , even thou a sticker was placed on my windshield stating i did the service . on that service plastic plugs was removed from my sump plastic shield which was not replaced , i notified the agent , my email info at the service desk was changed to someone else ( not affiliated to me in any way or form ) . the safety key for my lug nuts was removed , used and not replaced , after driving home a... read more
Bought a new car there, which I love, and the purchase experience was great, but they still owe me a second key. It's been 3 months and they refuse to provide the second key. They keep telling me they're working on it but with no progress. Now they are not responding to me.
