I had a good experience at this dealership. I was there to trade in a car. I meet salesman Rodney. In the end I got the car I wanted.
Great great great experience. Rodney got me the car I wanted. I did not think I had a chance. He went to bat for me . Hit a home run.
They told straight up that they would not be able to give the the offer that I was looking for. So that was clear upfront. this allow me to look into other dealer without the worry that Daytona Kia can beat the price.
It took four days to respond with an out the door quote for a new vehicle. On the 4th day when they finally responded, i let them know that we had already purchased a car from a different dealership the day prior. They missed a new car sale due to slow response! I’m currently shopping for 2 additional new cars and will be taking my business somewhere else. I tried several times to have a warning light issue resolved. A mechanic determined that the cruise control, which was installed by the dealer at the time the car was purchased, has been wired incorrectly. When I dropped the car off the last time to have it fixed, the above mentioned mechanic was no longer employed there. A new employee was not able to fix the problem.

The car was in good shape not bad mileage. Price was a bit high. When looking at the tires they appeared to have lots of tread left and seemed good quality. I received a letter from the dealership offering to buy my 6 year old low mileage Sorento. Spoke by phone with Tom in sales. He was not interested in my Sorento as a trade-in (despite the letter) He told me that new Sorentos were "flying out at $5000 above sticker" and implied that I cannot afford to buy a new car! I have already done this survey. I was mislead by sales associate, not necessarily on purpose. However, someone who addressed himself as "manager," had the audacity to address me as "baby girl."
