I felt your sales people were only looking to sell me a new vehicle and get my trade in as quick as possible. They told me that the new vehicle would definitely have the same perks as my trade in and more. It did end up with more but no where near the same as what l had in mine. When the new vehicle came in it was a big push to get my car emptied out,get the plates put on the new vehicle and get me out of there. Salesman lied to usTold us vehicle had options it didn’t Salesman lied to us Told us vehicle had options it didn’t have Salesman was showing us Souls that were on lot .When asked if orange vehicle had lane assist and collision avoidance we were told yes. It is not a good company practice to lie to your customers. This is the second vehicle we purchased form you and will most likely to be the last

Charge me for a rotation job that I never received. Refuse to order parts that were Factory on my car. They may have been aftermarket tired yeah, but they were on the car when I purchase the brand new car.

Vehicle was brought in for service vehicle inspected by tech advised my wife that brakes were good her my daughter and my grandson made it 40 miles down the road before they heard a grinding sound brakes are metal to metal had to have the car towed back and brake job done

My Kia Optima SX Turbo had factory installed locking lug nuts. After recall work being done, I went to get an oil change and tire rotation and learned they were gone. Called the dealership and they said why would we do that? Well, where did they go? I will drive to another city before buying a car here.
