Clif was my sales person as I was deciding whether to lease K5. Having never leased before, I had many questions. Clif advised me that there would be no charge at the end of my lease if I decided to turn in my vehicle. After several calls from the dealership and us telling them we were not willing to pay the price they were asking for the car we received a call from John the Sales Manager. He offered to sell the car at a price we agreed to and when we went to the dealership they would not honor the agreed to price. We were also told by Devin Collins before going to the dealership that they could get us a lower financing rate through a couple of credit unions they work with. I had a oil change and I had a leak, I took it back and they informed me that I had a seep from my timing cover. But low and behold I HAVE NOT had a oil leak after I left the Shop. Thank god for little miracles. Christopher Veninga was not the person I dealt with on this. I don't know who the person I dealt with, but you can check with the paper at the shop. Christopher Veninga has always been up front and courteous and professional with me.

My car buying process was great. I have no complaints there. However after my car was purchased I ran into an issue where my last lender didn’t receive the payoff for my trade In for 3-4 weeks. After finding out my previous lender hadn’t received my payoff (and they were about to report me to the credit bureaus) I contacted Will. A week after my appointment (which was 1 hour and 45mins of waiting) Iwas cleaning my car and found a rag left in my engine as well as my coolant and wiper fluid were almost empty. I called the dealership and was offered to come back. Shouldn't all of this been checked by my service advisor prior to giving me my car keys. I should receive 2 complimentary oil changes for my time and trouble. Very unhappy with the service. Update: Returned to dealership per my phone call with the service dept.
