The Appointment was @ 9:45am not done until 3:45pm for a oil change/ tire rotation w/tire patch I came straight from night shift, arriving to my appointment on time. I’ve taken my car in multiple times for my gas cap and my radio. The cap has been replaced no problem but the radio has been a problem. The first time they told me it was my phone and not the radio. I got a new phone since my phone was older and it’s still having problems. I called KIA’s corporate 800 number and they walked me through the steps and said the service center should have updated the radio to fix the problem. Who ever wants the worst customer service in the world this is your place. My wife was recently there to get an oil change and to see about 2 lights that were on. When she first got there she was told 600.00 before they even looked at the vehicle. My wife ends up calling me she puts on Doug the service wrighter. All of a sudden the price drops by over 450.00 and this is still before they even checked out the vehicle. I contacted the dealership two days in a row providing information concerning the purchase of my 2020 Kia Sorrento the operator took the information and she cannot get through to the finance department I have not received the call yesterday or today if you're asking me to evaluate the service I received it would be extremely poor you can contact me anytime you want Victor Joseph
I made an appt for a recall. I sat I waited, they rescheduled be ause the part had to be ordered. Next, a clicking noise so I return. After a 3.5 hour wait they told me to go to an automotive store and buy a product to use. They did not fix it. They wanted $125 for telling me this and I have the extended, extended warranty.
Very unorganized. Obviously short staffed also. Made an appointment for speed sensor and oil change and needed a courtesy ride. Was told no problem. Came in waited 30 min to be seen and then they had no idea what i was there fore. No courtesy vehicle had tonspend 80 on an uber and then the car wasnt done till 515🤦 dropped off at 830.
Worst car dealership I have ever worked with in my life. Told me I was approved and had my cosigner waiting on paperwork. Come to find out from the main manager, I was approved but they didn't want to do it and they never even sent my cosigner any paperwork. They had me waiting days thinking I was approved and my cosigner waiting on delivery of paperwork to sign. They all did nothing but lie to me through the whole process.
