Most awful dealership I’ve ever been to service Department awful can’t get them on the phone
Unprofessional, waited until I arrived for my appointment to say they can’t see me.
On vacation 500 miles from home and the engine in my Kia dies. As Kia knows they have engine problems but they don’t stand behind their product. They don’t even look at it since they already know it’s just another bad Kia engine. Cost to replace engine $7000. How do you justify spending $7k for a car that with a good engine is worth maybe $4500. But they are standing there with their arms open wide ready to sell you another car. I went for a basic oil change and tire rotation, but there some lights on the dash that lit up and instead of looking into it I was told to make another appointment to have it looked at. Leaving me disappointed and upset because how could you clearly see something going on with a car and not attempting to do anything or say anything about it. Also this shop is nearly 30 miles away from where I live
The service department has declined significantly. Complete decline. They didn’t even wash the car.
keep going to the dealer for the same reason, it’s something small but everything I go they say they are going to fix it and nothing. not a good service.
2 hours for rotation and oil change. When done the rep was nowhere to be found and my keys sat on his desk while I continued to wait. Finally had to go find another rep just so I could leave. I still have two years on my free oil change but will not return here. I will pay to have it done in a timely manor versus waiting for two hour for something that should have been done in 30-45 minutes
Didn’t tell the truth about the service that needed to be done for my car, wouldn’t return phone call, and when I call they put me on hold for at least 30minutes. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to due to the service and customer service they provide
Well guys could not fix charger in my KiA last week and it is still not working!
