The sales man lied and took complete advantage I have asked an attorney what my rights are I have text that he said I could get my car back on Monday and they would not let me. Also emailed and sent a letter saying I had 3 days to get my car back. No one will return my calls. Very very unhappy

Customer service severely lacks. Service writer wasn't very pleasant. Definitely expect better customer service. Also, requested an update to the Android automotive on the GPS and they did not update

First off I took my car inn an on July 4 didn’t get it back until 1 mouth later an when I got it back my radio was gone our talk to a manager an he said it was nothing he can do an told me it could have been like that when I brought it in an that was a lie he was very rude o me an told me to leave

My experience with Kia was absolutely horrible. My car was at Kia for 3 weeks getting a new engine. After it was ready I brought it home just to find out that the blinker was still broken, something I paid to fix while it was at the shop. I made an appointment and brought it back, the week of my wedding. I waited for over an hour for them to tell me that the person had to take their lunch break and wasn’t able to look at it, after someone else told me that it was currently being looked at. Not the type of people you want to do business with. I was pretty much robbed by one of their sales associates, Cameron Doty. I should have known not to trust him. An orc with Burger King seeping out of his pores doesn't really fill you with comforting vibes when you're doing business, but I try not to judge and give people the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake.

DONT WASTE YOU TIME this establishment is nothing but a scam artist i received a mailer with a scratch off saying if you have the matching numbers you win i called to confirm and said i won and congratulations my winning numbers matched to a $25,000 grand prize after driving there and spending at least $40.00 in gas they told me i actually had won a $5.00 target gift card this is BAD BUSINESS also i was told that "we just do this to get you in the door" these practices my be legal but definitely not ethical

Disappointing when a price for an engine clutch actuator fluid change was confirmed by phone and then doubled at appointment. Service manager did not honor advisors info and insisted on “proof by email or text” while advisor was out of office. My advise: be very specific and ask for written confirmation or use another dealer.
