The service writer was excellent and very apologetic, seeing as it took the service dept two hours for an oil change.
This is a review of the service department and is based on my first and only visit. It wasn't too successful. I had printed out all the issues I wanted fixed or addressed so that there will be no verbal miscommunication. It didn't help. Not a single issue was addressed or fixed. Asked for back hatch to be repaired and they only replaced the lock to the hatch. Never mentioned that I would still have to force open the back hatch to my Kia. I left my car there for a solid week only to arrive on pick up day and have to wait another three hours. They did not start working on my car until I arrived. I’m afraid to open the sunroof for fear still want to shut after the back hatch is working improperly.
They did not fill windshield wiper fluid. The air in the tires was too high. Should have been 35 and was different in each tire and as high as 39. I am missing 4 cap covers to the bolts that hold on the wheel. And missing one air cap. (Where you add air to tires) Because they did a sloppy job, Im concerned if my oil was changed.

The process took long and had other issues afterwards. My battery had to be replaced and my seat level was broken.
I brought my car there and it sat for two weeks before they even ordered the part for it,and still had it for a week and a half,I was not happy.
Horrible service… Our car was totaled due to hurricane. . Service manager very rude.. This is second time we were treated like this.. Will buy nothing from you and will not recommend you..
Total waste of time! !! Salesman told me to come to dealership knowing he couldn't make the deal. I gave him my payment/ budget specifics over the phone. He wasted my time, gas, and contributed to added mileage on my car. I live 30 mins away from the dealership and came straight after work.
