Poor customer service from the service department. I always feel drained after dealing with they. They are condescending. If I could re-do that sale, I would definitely not do it with that location therefore, I would not need to go to that service center.
Service customer service team. The worst. I think they have something for certain people. I have never been there and leave feeling good.

Purchased a 2013 Dodge Journey on 8-26-2022 and found out the next day after signing sales contract that $3500.00 was added for repairs made to vehicle before selling. I inquired about this addition and was told that was done to made vehicle safe. I requested a list of repairs made and they haven't provided to me as of this date 10-09-2022. Customer service could be better. I was rudely spoken to upon arriving to pick my vehicle up. I had to approach an advisor to even speak to anyone as Nobody greeted me upon my arrival but was seen.Chris yelled at me from his cube to come into the cube to get my keys. Wouldn’t even get up. Unprofessional!!! I was told an hour and a half , dropped car off at 8:30 for a 9am appointment, didn’t get it back until 11am. I had to wait even after returning from dropping it off.
Ronaldo is an unprofessional bully. Kia should be ashamed of having someone like himself representing them. Jerome just wants to play number games not interested in making a “real” deal. So happy I did not purchase a car here. Ronaldo is a liar followed me to my car continued to bully me. You got the wrong chic this xxxxx don’t play, you can keep your overpriced Kia’s you clown.
Worst dealership and service department I have EVER experienced!!! On Saturday August 20, 2022 Daytona KIA severely cracked my windshield in 2 spots when I took it in for a very simple recall. They were to inspect the windshield; not damage it! Worst part is they LIED. "Tyler" of Daytona Kia tried to tell me that they found the damaged glass during the inspection process and that I brought it in that way.
