An hour turned into almost 3 hours. The service technician was rude to me and other service technicians and had no issue telling them they had customers waiting while he made me wait for him to yell from his cube to their cubes he never even looked up from his computer. Liars. Con artists. Cheaters. No people skills. No escalation skills. Don’t know how to cultivate relationships. Don’t know how to return calls to customers
Arrived at 1/30 because windows did not work left at 5/30 because the just notified me that all the Parts were not available. Came back 3 days later to complete the job
It took two visits to complete the the job because they did not have all the parts
Customer service is awful! !!! Had my 2022 Kia Sorento hybrid for 6 days, stranded for 2.5 hours.
I made an appointment over phone to have a recall done You sent several emails and a text explaining what you were doing. Got to my appointment and was told no one ordered the parts for the recall,! Was going out of town for 2 weeks so asked them to at least do oil change had added. I had a coupon at home but was not expecting such a high oil change and even though I had time allotted for me already I still had to wait a long time for it and I will never ever get an oil change again.
So the service center does not like the sales team or vice versa which makes it very hard to get anything done everyone there does not care about their customers believe me I had a 21 Sorrento in the shop for 38 days they could give two blanks about it just saying good luck with this company by the way made in Korea better go to Japan
Very disappointed with this dealer. I was initially quoted an 8% interest rate and explained i wasn't happy. They were able to get my rate down, but my payment went up by $170 plus insurance went up $26 per month. I was sent a letter advising they would get me a good deal. This deal only benefited them. My sales guy worked a couple deals at the same time so he was distracted with my needs. Upon picking up car was told he cleaned it but was a film on windshield had to stop to clean. Had to track down assistance when I had a scheduled appointment. Service resulted in further issues that had to be fixed in a follow up service.
