Not a good experience. I had been genuinely interested in buying that day, but ended up leaving and chose not to work with this dealership based on a fairly brief interaction with Ross.
I bought a 26000 vehicle here, paid for the full, bumper to bumper warranty, but still feel like I get nickeled and dimed to death when I come in for service. Try to keep up with oil changes but they give me the wrong mileage on the sticker to let me know when I'm supposed to get the next one. Seriously considering going elsewhere for my service needs as well as my next vehicle purchase.
Not up to par this time. Disappointed, not asked if I wanted a ride, offered coffee, waited 2.5 hours for a thirty minute job.
I thought buying a car using Rolando’s help was going to be great experience. I don’t recommend this man at all if you’re looking to buy a car he’s the worst and lying sales person, he’s very tricky and he will make the impossible you get the car but it comes at a high price. As with any dealer, I got screwed because I am not in the business of ripping people off. I give you credit that your sales staff performs exactly as you want for your highest profit margin. Good for you, that’s your goal. They were experts at changing the course of the “deal” and as always, the consumer pays, buyer beware after all. Never again, won’t recommend you.Shame on you!
I win a TV and after I purchase a new car they salesman said that its a scam to bring customers
I had nothing but problems this last time with service. Two weeks to get my car back. The wrong part was ordered twice now I have to go back and get it done again and pay extra charges. Not happy.
Car went in on a recall after the engine quit working then when they said the car was good and I was able to take the car home the check engine light came on so I turned around and went back then they called me and told me the car was done for the second time and as soon as I left the parking lot the intercooler pipe on the turbo blew off. Terrible work. I will never bring my car here again
This dealership was the most unhelpful place I have ever taken my vehicle too. I brought my car in for a recall notice they claimed the issue was fixed but never test drove my vehicle to ensure their work fixed the issue then when brought back because the transmission issue had not been solved they were very rude and kept the car for a week doing nothing with my vehicle and the manager of the building told me he pays his employees to turn wrenches not test the vehicles after work is done.
