Service department has no communication had my wife and 3 kids there for 10 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and they forgot to even rotate the tires so they had to pull it back in and the bumper had been falling off since the day I bought it they said they ordered the parts but never did
Steve from sales has been good but I regret buying a Kia just from how bad the service department is they superglued the bumper on my new car because they can’t get it to stay on
Complete waste of time had my brand new car in multiple times and they can’t even get a bumper to stay on comeplete incompetence
Appointment was at 10:30 for a oil change 2 hours with a appointment that's not service, car wash was bad not happy
Sales persons was good I rate the detail dept a 0 Gold necklace disappeared while being detailed Finance manager said he could do nothing about it It appears. I'm out a lot of money and someone has the necklace I'm very unhappy I would NOT recommend this Dealership To anyone
Oil change and recall. I specifically called service dept after making appointment to double-check that recall part was in stock since I wanted to take care of both during same visit. They said they had the part. However, when I went to appointment, they said they did not have part & I'd have to come back when it's in. I noticed today that my tow cover plate is missing. Took 2016 Sorento in Servive Dept for anti-theft recall. Now none of my mode buttons work! So I don’t know if my vehicle is locked to continual AWD or what drive mode it is in. Horrible!
They lie i will never buy a car from them. They sent out an add that said i won $5000 no purchase necessary but then said i actually won $5. I read the fine print. It feels illegal. And for what? To get me in the door.
Too much pressure. After saying no I cannot afford this so many times he still pressured. So much that now I have two car payments. I should have walked away. Should have left the building. He did not give me what I came there for. I received a fire in the mail saying that you could help me get out of my negative equity but instead I've been put into more negative equity.
