He was rude. And dismissive once I showed hesitation about being over charged. When I said I found the product online for 1/10 of what he quoted me, he told the guy at the desk to pull it up and show me. Very aggressive.
Was there for 3 hours for 2 oil changes and a computer update Too long waiting
He was just rude , trying to tell me about my car what I needed to do even after I told him I didn't want it
They answered one question only to ignore the next. Had to make several calls/email requests. I will not deal with them again.

Steve from sales is excellent but the service department is terrible not the least bit professional no one knows what’s going on and on my brand new car they super glued my bumper on because it kept falling off
Terrible the bumper has been falling off my car since the day I bought it sept of 22 it’s April of 23 and I’ve been there multiple times to get it fixed the last time they tried to superglue it back on and now they are telling me that they can’t fix it
This service department is making me question of buying a Kia was even worth the trouble they can’t get the bumper to stay on my BRAND NEW CAR I’ve been there multiple times over the last 6 months and every time my experience was terrible it’s to the point I don’t want the car anymore it’s been so much of a head ache from all the times I had to take off work to get nothing accomplished
I regret buying a Kia from here because how awful the service department is absolutely no professionalism and quality of service is terrible I have never felt with a service department so bad
