The salesperson told me that as an ex member of the military I would get $300 off the price of the car. However, I didn't get it, the dealership took it. I contacted the customer relations person to help me get some paperwork from the finance department, she never responded to my text., When that failed, I contacted the new car manager and he put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back. Be careful when buying! !! This was the worst experience I have had… I’ve gotten a total of three cars and this is my last!!! I was told one thing just for it to be another! I told them my budget and was told one thing now being charged another… this isn’t the first review like this I’ve seen, and also if they promise you something make sure you get it! I accompanied my friend to the Kia dealership because he needed a vehicle ASAP! His current car which he is still paying for is inoperable and currently being held at a mechanic until he pays the diagnostic fee. He brought his vehicle from “OK” carz 6 months ago and has had several issues. He had to pay $6000 to get it repaired but was not able to pay it so he came to Kia to find another vehicle to allow him to get to work. My friend tried to get approved but was denied. When purchasing 2023 Telluride it’s advertised as towing 5500lbs. with a tongue capacity of 500lbs. It cannot. No hitch is available for this model to carry my platform which carries my mobility wheelchair. I’m stranded without my wheelchair. We were told AND it’s advertised as able to tow, but that cannot happen without a hitch. False information. I need a hitch to carry my mobility wheelchair and I’m totally disgusted with Kia for leaving me stranded. Don’t advertise what you cannot fulfill , that is false information.
They sold me the wrong car. They sold me the wrong car and then lied about it.

Waiting to hear back from corporate. These guys sold me the wrong car, made me bring back the car I thought I bought and then said they were putting me in an upgrade for the inconvenience. What they really did was put me in the car they sold me. Which was worth much more than the car I thought I was buying. I was not impressed with the lack of effort presented by my service advisor to repair/replace a defective part of my vehicle under warranty. I won’t go into details in this review but if a representative from Daytona Kia would like to contact me I’d be more than happy to explain my experience and unfavorable review.
Worst dealer experience ever. Communication after the sale is zero unless I initiate a call. Vehicle came without a owners manual, no 2nd key, and missing parts in jack kit. No follow through with dealer on receiving these items. Temp tag expires in 3 days and I can't get through to anyone to get information on my tag transfer. I wouldn't se d my worst enemy here.
Forgot I was there left me waiting 90 min until I spoke up. This dealership is horrible this is my second car purchase from kia dsytona Beach and my last everything about this place is non transparent
