They lies to me and my wife for a sale. And Kia Finance department are bunch of BULLIES. Watch you, because they play number game with you. Watch out for empty promises from Daytona Kia Dealership. Those guys do anything for a sale, even lies to you. Their financing department is worse than 1920 Italian Mafia. All of them are bullies. If you still like to visit Daytona Kia , then be very careful when you inside the finance department to sign the documents (they have lots of games to cheat you and you will not realize it until you drive that car home). They are really good at creating traps. Just be careful.
They lied, and scammed me for the purchase. Worst experience I had at a car dealership. The financial guy told me I had in my package, the shop. To service the car, but he lied so I would sign the paperwork and leave. Absolutely no honesty, no moral approach to selling cars. Terrible contract, and they added a high xxx interest rate to my contract. Daytona Kia is the worse place to go. Never again, and people need to watch out for themselves.
The only reason I am giving us a fair instead of a poor is because my salesman really went to bat for me. This is the second time I have dealt with Daytona Kia and both times I was lied to by management. They make little deals on the side and put nothing in riding which is my bad for not making sure it was in there. The last deal I made the manager even shook hands on it. Nothing transparent about this dealership . will rip you off blind and not think a thing about it
I had to pay $292 for a plastic part for my door a week and a half ago, OK fine. i was charged $155 for labor in which the tech only looked at the problem and did not fix it. he had to order the part. After making an appointment the following week i came into the service center, asked the service guy if the part was in before giving him my keys - it was not in. Dealership is nice I love going there but didn't have a good experience with service tech Doug. I went in for a theft install. And also asked to see why my truck doesn't open with my key pad after the latch was installed at this dealership and wasn't working ever since. Was told I had to pay a diagnostic fee before he could look into it. I loved going to this dealership because service tech Chris and receptionist that rings customer out at the end was always very kind. The dealership was made aware of a deal that was made through fraud and misrepresentation by a bad employee. No one cares to do anything to make it right, because that would mean losing some money.
