Tire pressures were set at 37 to 39 and should be 34. I directed them to check tire pressure. I will never be back
They suck. Everyone at the dealership sucks. Worst experience ever and I was referred by an employee.
Friendly staff. Left message online for a callback regarding an issue with service over a week ago and have not heard back. Service took 2 hours longer than proposed. Will probably try a different Kia dealership the same distance from my home.
Had my car back or five days doing the same thing this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with your service. I come there only because I have a Kia I won’t be coming back you cannot satisfy me. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with you and no results no good results. All bad.
They told me I needed a wire harness to fix my brake light but it wasn’t what I needed the brake light still does not work
During a recent mailer campaign, I had apparently won a tv. Went to dealer and showed them the paperwork. Was informed that I had won a $5 gift card, despite the paperwork showing a tv. The rep stated that the small print said my prize was only reserved for me. I again showed him the paperwork, and was told to “Have a nice day” and he walked away. Very disappointed that oil was leaking after my oil change due to loose bolt not double checked by technician that changed my oil.
This dealership refused to do the process for a lease end buy out. KIA financial said your closest KIA dealership can do the process. This dealer would only help if it was beneficial to them trying to force a sale and do the lease end buyout process. I called KIA financial again and have lodged a formal complaint. The salesperson told me that the general manager was the one who came up with this rule. Managers are rude and the mechanics fix one thing but break another. The only ONE painter that they have comes 1x weekly during the AM only! No accommodations for people who WORK!
