Service dept charged $140, to be credited for repair, then double charged with no credit
They did not care about me as a customer. They took 2 hours to do an oil change, the service advisor left for lunch and no one can pick up the ball, my car was not ready after 2 hours and they still were trying to upsell me on filters that did not need to be changed. They also took the tire off my car to inspect a nail but never fixed it and told me it would be another 2 hours. I will never use the service group again at this Kia.
I was lied to about a sales promotion. It was the only reason why I made the extra drive to Daytona Kia. I will vilify this dealership to everyone I know.
This was an awful experience and truthfully which car salesman aren’t touted as being honest this was beyond anything you’d expect. They lied about the interest rate I was getting then 2 weeks after having my car called me back to say the lender has to change and now my interest rate is higher. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone I like and I wish I hadn’t seen the ad for the event they were having.
Someone dented the right rear fender. Called but no one will return our call. Now we have to file an insurance claim. Very upset about this
Greeted in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. Visited during a sale event so envirionment was rather chaotic and loud. especially music.
They told me I have recall in my car and they mast up the ignition switch the glue they used is out of the ignition like mayonnaise and he keep saying it has nothing to do with that he trying to make me paying for a new ignition switch
Horrible experience! Starting with the deceptive text messages telling me that they could give me a lower interest rate than the one I had already received from the bank. To the long wait for the salesman who was supposed to be there for a 9am appointment. To the lies that were told me to keep me there waiting for them. And the final straw of being quoted an interest rate higher than what I had already arranged through the bank. What an incredible waste of my time and a really poor way to conduct business!!
Love our new Kia Soul but the process of purchasing it was long, disorganized and most confused. Henry was also working with at least 1 other customer? The sales manager was very busy. We said we would buy the car and come back Monday to finalize but they would not let us leave. Car finally delivered 2 days after purchase…after we threatened to cancel the deal! Took almost 4 hours at dealership when they knew we were coming and which car we wanted! May buy another Kia but Daytona is off my list!
