Spent way too much money on unnecessary services for the problem to still not be solved. Had to have my vehicle towed twice to have it looked at within two weeks and ended up taking it to someone else who solved the issue.
My wife took the car today and we had an appointment 9:00 to get an oil change and yesterday before the appointment we noticed the horn was not working and the car is less than 10 months old and they told us it would take 4 hours and $140 just for the diagnostic very disappointed in the service here.. a few months ago they charged us for a new tire even though we purchased the extra tire warranty.. very frustrating!
Bunch of clowns was like being at the circus. Ronaldo guy is a joke, Kia should be embarrassed having this guy representing him.
Horrible. The Absolute Worst. Sales rep only care about making the sale and the commission. We were very up front with what we were looking for and the cost range we were within. We purchased under the terms that we were advised and only under those conditions. After purchase all terms and conditions that were promised were completely gone. Went for oil change. Cap never put back on. It was sitting by hood latch. Also battery box left open. Oil spilled all over under hood. I am a very senior citizen and a widow. I always go to my dealership because I trust them to help me if I have issues with my soul. The staff has always been very nice and was very nice with this problem. They lie to you to get you to buy vehicles you can't afford they have very deceiving sales practices would never refer anyone to them had terrible experience and stuck with a vehicle iam struggling to pay for
Honestly, I’m only giving a review because I am sick of the phone calls and emails to do a stupid review! Quit harassing people!
Unsatisfactory! Went in for issues with blinkers, was told I need diagnostics and then informed it would be $678… with no guarantee that it would correct the problem.. declined work and went to family Kia where they found the issue immediately… somehow the blinkers were unplugged!! In addition to that, they did an oil change and now my car is leaking oil!! I personally Have no confidence in their abilities and will never return to this dealership again.
